  • What is the format of the live lessons?

    Our live lessons feature pre-recorded video lessons and practical activities. I will be present to interact with students and provide feedback on their work

  • How long is each live lesson?

    Each live lesson typically lasts about 60 minutes, including time for questions and feedback.


  • What do I need to prepare before a live lesson?

    Please ensure you have the necessary art supplies as outlined in the lesson plan pack, a stable internet connection, and access to Zoom.

  • Can I access a recording of the live lesson if I miss it?

    Yes, recordings of live lessons will be available to enrolled students for later viewing.

  • What is included in the price of the live lessons?

    As part of a trial, our live lessons are offered on a subscription basis for £15 a month, with the flexibility to cancel at any time. This price includes lesson plan packs, comprehension sheets, line drawings, templates, and access to pre-recorded lessons and practical activity recordings.

  • What Art Awards can students earn through the courses?

    By the end of the first year in the foundation art course, students can achieve the Art Award Explore. By the end of the second year, they can earn the Bronze Certificate. In the art history course, students can earn the Silver Award by the end of the first year and the Gold Award by the end of the second year.

  • Are the Art Awards recognized?

    Yes, the Art Awards are recognized qualifications that can enhance your child’s educational journey and art portfolio.

  • How are the live lessons conducted?

    Live lessons are held via Zoom. For privacy, only the teacher will be visible on screen, and students can communicate through the chat function. For small independent groups, this setting can be adjusted.

  • How can I ask questions during the live lesson?

    You can use the chat feature on Zoom to ask questions during the session.Description goes here

  • Will there be any assignments or homework after the live lesson?

    Yes, there may be optional assignments to practice the skills learned, which you can submit for feedback.

  • How do I receive feedback on my work?

    Feedback is provided during the live session and through our online community on the private Facebook page.

  • How do I join the live lesson?

    You will receive a Zoom link via email prior to the lesson. Simply click the link to join at the scheduled time.

  • Can I invite a friend to join the live lesson?

    Our live lessons are exclusive to enrolled students, but your friend can sign up for the course to participate.

  • Is previous art experience needed to join the courses?

    No prior art experience is needed to join our courses. The foundation art course is specifically designed for beginners, and we recommend completing this course before moving on to the art history course to build a solid understanding of art fundamentals.
